BoostSpeed is currently an investor demonstration using Creativemark hosted checkout and a shared Stripe sandbox. No live charges are taken. Sample keys do not activate software: they are marked SAMPLE-NOT-VALID. README downloads are not software installers. Use test payment details, not a real card.
The store and the operator
BoostSpeed is an independent software store, not the software manufacturer. The seller and contact details are set out at the end of this page. Creativemark provides hosted checkout; that service name does not replace the seller identified here. These draft terms do not announce the start of public sales.
Orders and payment
Check the product edition, device allowance, operating-system requirements, territorial restrictions, licence duration and checkout total before ordering. The currency and any taxes or discounts shown at checkout apply to that order. Do not proceed if the checkout details differ from what you intend to buy.
You can change quantities or remove items in your cart before continuing. The store offers GBP, EUR and USD; changing currency asks checkout for a new quote rather than converting an existing order. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. A discount applies only if it appears in the final checkout total. Check your email address carefully before submitting it.
Checkout is hosted through Creativemark with Stripe payment processing. A payment approval is not itself confirmation that digital delivery is ready. Keep your order reference and the terms shown when you order. No subscription or automatic renewal is active: a one-year product licence is not an agreement to recurring charges. A pending or failed payment is not a delivery confirmation. If payment appears on your account but the order is still pending, keep both references and ask for help before paying again.
GOV.UK: online and distance sellingYour Europe: distance selling and digital contentLicences and permitted use
Any future paid licence must match the edition, term and restrictions described before purchase. Manufacturer licence terms govern use of the software but do not replace your rights against the seller. Do not share or resell a key unless the applicable licence permits it. A licence gives the permitted right to use software, not ownership of its copyright or a right to unlimited installations.
Check whether an offer covers a fixed version, a period of use or included updates. A one-year label does not by itself explain when the term starts or what happens at expiry. If device transfers, reinstallations, update cover or compatibility are unclear, ask before buying. This policy does not promise lifetime updates or manufacturer support, and does not limit updates or other remedies required by law.
Use only the delivery instructions for your order. Back up important files and review proposed maintenance changes. Results depend on your device; there is no promised performance improvement for every computer.
Your rights come first
The Refunds & Cancellation policy explains UK, EU, Australian and US protections. Downloading, revealing or activating content does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unlawfully supplied content. We remain responsible for seller obligations; you do not have to rely only on a manufacturer's warranty.
Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for damage caused by faulty digital content. Mandatory consumer protections and the courts you are legally entitled to use are preserved. These terms impose no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or waiver of card-issuer rights.
Questions, complaints and disputes
Use the orders and complaints contact below with your order reference and a short description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card details or publish your licence key. We may ask for proportionate information to check an order or investigate misuse; an access log alone is not proof of successful activation.
Reporting a charge to us is optional assistance: you can ask us to help identify it or provide order records. You can contact your card issuer or payment provider without contacting us first. Their deadlines still apply and do not pause while we assist. We may provide relevant order, payment, delivery and correspondence records in response to a dispute. There is no customer chargeback penalty or requirement to withdraw a dispute to obtain a remedy you are entitled to.

Later policy changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. This page's draft version and date identify the copy you are reading.
